At Burning Lace Boudoir, we are committed to protecting your privacy, your images, and your trust.

This page outlines the policies that guide our studio and clarify limits and expectations during your session.

By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

YOUR PRIVACY

Because it’s more important to us than just a business interaction. We value you. In case we haven’t made our beliefs about your empowerment and privacy perfectly clear, we want to do so here.

1. Your photos will not be shared with anyone. With the exception of photographs we have mutually agreed upon and have signed usage contracts for the use of any images, we will not distribute, advertise, display, or use your photographs in any way whatsoever.

2. We reserve you the right to revoke said usage of any photographs in the future. Please contact us to do so and we will mutually sign the revocation paperwork. Your images will immediately be completely removed from all media sources owned by JMichaelStudio, Burning Lace Boudoir, and its associates.

3. You may, at any time during your session, change your decisions concerning the type of images we are producing. If you wish to redirect the work during your session to include images of a different nature, our photographers will comply. If you decide during your session that you do not want previously captured images to be retained and used for your session, that is your right and our photographers will comply. If you decide to cancel your session while it is ongoing, please communicate this immediately to our photographer (any cancellations during your session will be counted as a session cancellation and will forfeit all funds paid).

4. If there are any other privacy concerns, concerns of comfort during or after your session, please communicate them immediately to our photographer or to the company and they will be addressed in a timely manner, as soon as possible.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1. All works created by JMichael Studios, Burning Lace Boudoir, and its employees (the “Studio”) are the intellectual property of the Studio.

2. Clients (“you” or “Client”) acknowledge that portraits, albums, and digital images remain the property of the Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

REPRODUCTION

1. Reproduction of products without express written permission is prohibited. This includes digital formats (.jpg, .raw, .png, .pdf, etc.).

2. Clients may order additional products directly through the Studio or our authorized print partners.

PROMOTIONAL USE

1. By signing, you grant the Studio permission to use select images for promotional and portfolio purposes.

2. You may revoke this consent in writing at any time. Even if revoked, the Studio retains rights to use anonymous portfolio images to display artistic capability.

PAYMENT TERMS

1. 50% deposit is due at the time of booking (non-refundable).

2. Remaining balance is due prior to the session start.

3. Payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling within 7 days of your session incurs a $150 rescheduling fee.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

1. The Studio strives to provide a high-quality product in a timely manner. We are not responsible for unavoidable delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

AGE & LIMITATIONS

1. No intimate or erotic photography of persons under 18 will be permitted under any circumstances.

2. Identification may be required. Misrepresentation will result in forfeiture of all fees and termination of the session.

PROPERTY & LOCATION USE

1. Sessions conducted on private property must be authorized by the property owner/management in advance.

2. Clients are responsible for securing location permissions.

CANCELLATIONS

1. Studio cancellations: We will reschedule at no fee.

2. Client cancellations: All deposits and payments are forfeited.

3. Client reschedules within 7 days: $150 rescheduling fee applies.

4. Our goal is to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for every client.
